The co living business is based in the super competitive New York City space with multiple properties in multiple locations.
The goal is to grow the number of applications and not just the number but also the quality of applicants.
All online advertising budget was spent on Google ads only.
We did a series of tests and we tested different campaigns and keywords often. A major shift happened when the bidding strategy was changed. We saw more applications after and a good conversion rate out of those applications.
Leads and analytics were tracked in a CRM along with video recordings of site visitors and their website paths.
The website was SEO and Google ads friendly. SEO followed what worked in Google ads.
